This was my second stay at Daniel’s place, and for good reason! The location is great, with a Whole Foods, numerous restaurants, etc, within about three minutes, and the apartment complex backs right up into Spring Creek trails. The apartment itself is very modern, has all the amenities I ever need, and a bathtub that a 6 foot tall man can actually fit in. It’s super clean and I love the way natural light comes in the apartment when you open the blinds. There’s a balcony that overlooks a swimming pool, and downstairs there is an accessible, and well furnished gym, a clubhouse with a pool table, and an espresso machine! Additionally, Daniel himself is just a really great host— friendly, responsive, proactive.. Fabulous spot and I hope to stay here a third time somewhere down the road.

Great place to stay and close to Dallas. Beds and linens were great. We would stay again when in Dallas or Plano - Richardson area. Easy kitchen to cook in and navigate. Enjoyed the hiking area close by as well. Whole food right down the street. Went there for lunch!

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to everyone! It has excellent location, close to wholefood and everything you need.The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Daniel is super friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out.Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again in the future

The location was amazing as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit in Plano/Dallas. The neighborhood felt safe and private. The place was clean with comfy bed and fully stocked with necessities like extra towels, pillow, kitchen tools, washing detergent pods, hair dryer, etc. The thermostat worked great and we love the consistent temp at the place. The 2 smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) was a plus. We enjoyed our shows on both. The instructions given by Daniel were immaculate which help us greatly in navigating the gate/appt. He was very responsive and friendly to any questions we had. We could tell he was ready to help us with anything we need. It was a great stay and we had a really good getaway here. Daniel was a great assistance through our with his professionalism and enthusiasm in making sure you have the best stay ever.

This apartment was exactly what I needed for a 2 week stay. The listing is exactly as described and Daniel’s instructions are very thorough and clear. The apartment complex is in an excellent area-perfect for both walkability to multiple fun areas, directly next to a nature area, and commutable to other areas. The apartment itself is clean, very well furnished and stocked with kitchen supplies. It had just what I needed and no additional clutter. There’s a Whole Foods within walking distance on the nature trail. The complex is quiet (during my stay) and felt safe. Daniel’s communication is excellent. My only complaint was certain areas of the complex outside were smoky (never inside the apartment or hallway), but this is just people not following the rules, and I’m personally sensitive to smoke smells. I most definitely recommend and would stay again, in this or Daniel’s other listings.

I have stayed here a few times, and Daniel is a great host. When I needed a different key he dropped it off in just a few hours. He is super quick to respond. The place is great, super walkable, but still quiet. Love the nearby nature trail.
